Moshe (Michael) Antelis has been making music since childhood. His career spans recording studios, concert stages, Jewish music, weddings, and live sound.

In the early 1980s, Michael played bass with The Triplets, the pop-rock group whose music videos aired on MTV and whose later releases received Z100 airplay. He became a partner at Giant Studios and toured with Piamenta. His work with the Piamenta Band includes a bass credit on the album Mitzvah (circa 1984), recorded at Giant Studios.

On stage, he has also backed Mordechai Ben David, Shlomo Carlebach, and the Diaspora Yeshiva Band. Beginning around the 1990s, he led Rikud Orchestra, his wedding and celebration band, for many years.

Moshe led Teva in the studio and on concert stages. His EP Echoes of Marilyn, written, produced, and recorded during the pandemic, honors his late mother, Marilyn Antelis.

A lifelong music fan, Moshe loves guitars, basses, and records.

He has also taught guitar and bass and brought music into schools, sharing his love of music with the next generation.

Alongside performing, Moshe has recorded, produced, and mixed records for many artists, including contributing guitar, bass, and arrangements to his children’s recordings.
